Internal request portal Included Anyone on your crew submits a work order from their phone, for a facility or a vehicle.
Work order routing Included Admins assign work, or maintenance staff claim it themselves.
Preventive maintenance Included Schedule recurring work for a facility or fleet item: weekly, monthly, every 6 months, or yearly. Each one becomes a work order on its due date, already assigned if you choose.
Photos on work orders Included Attach up to 3 photos of the problem from your phone when you submit it.

Work order status Included Submitted, then assigned or claimed, then completed, with the time of each step and a full history.
Admin dashboard Included Open, overdue, and completed work orders, who has what, inspections coming due, and team sign-in status on one page.
Asset tracking Included Vehicles and equipment in one fleet list, with service and mileage history.
Time on work orders Included Workers enter their hours when they complete a work order. Admins can add corrections; the original entry is never changed.
Notes for the crew Included Admins and maintenance post notes, optionally about a facility or fleet item, with their time for work that isn’t on a work order.
Man-hours reports Included Hours worked by facility, vehicle or equipment, and worker, for this month, last month, this year, or any dates you pick.

Facilities Included Your shop, yards, buildings, and job sites, each with its own ID, address, phone, and notes for the crew.
Fleet and equipment records Included Fleet number, year, make, model, license plate, and VIN or serial number.
Miles and hours Included Odometer miles for vehicles, hour-meter hours for equipment like Bobcats.
Maintenance log Included Oil change and service, new tires, and basic repairs, with an optional summary of the work.
State inspection due dates Included Flagged on the fleet list when due within 30 days or overdue.
State inspection work orders Included A work order to get each vehicle ready, 14 days before its inspection is due.
Retire instead of delete Included Sold or scrapped items leave the list but keep their full history.

Update records in the field Included Log miles, hours, and services from the truck or the jobsite.
AI assistant connection Included Ask Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP-capable assistant what’s open, what happened on a work order, which vehicles are due for service, or where your crew’s hours went. Or have it submit work orders, post notes, log miles and hours, and add fleet items. Same permissions as the app.

Centralized history Included Every reading and service is saved with who entered it and when.
Tamper-proof readings Included Mileage and hours records can’t be edited or deleted. Mistakes are fixed with a labeled correction.
